Turrets are blocks/entities, that automatically shoot enemies at a high fire rate.
They have 9 slots of inventory, which can store and shoot Basic Ammo or Incendiary Ammo.
Turret's require a Millitary Turret Construction Blueprint to unlock the crafing recipe.
They are destroyed either when their health reaches 0, or the block that makes up the base is destroyed.
Turrets shoot every 4 ticks by default at enemies up to 30 blocks away, prioritizing closer enemies.
Enemy Turrets[]
Enemy turrets are a hostile variant of turrets found in the millitary base.
They will shoot all mobs, players and mercenaries, unless they are assigned to the GREEN team.
Enemy turrets do not consume ammo.
By default they come installed with the Ammo Optimisation upgrade and 1 Increased Barrel Spin upgrade.

When broken by a player normal turrets are dropped as an item, when killed they drop all their ammo.
Enemy Turrets[]
Enemy Turrets always drop 10-24 basic ammo, 0-5 Incendiary ammo, 1-4 diamond nuggets, and 1-4 quartz.
In addition, enemy turrets have a 25% chance to drop any of their upgrades, a 50% chance to drop scrap metal and a 25% chance to drop a minigun.
